Rundle Pole Warranty:

18-Month Crash Replacement Warranty
Rundle pole shafts are protected by an 18-month crash replacement warranty. Any pole shaft broken within 18 months of purchase can be exchanged for a heavily discounted replacement shaft of the same model. The warranty covers shaft breakage caused by any action of damage. All shafts being warrantied must be returned to the point of purchase. There is no limit to how many broken shafts can be exchanged under warranty within the 18-month warranty period.

Manufacturing Defects
In rare circumstances where a manufacturing defect is suspected, a request for a free replacement shaft may be submitted to Rundle. Free warranty replacement shafts are granted at Rundle's discretion.
